Privacy Policy
1. Responsible person
Wish Made Easy is operated by Frank Lontouo, France. Contact: admin@mail.wishmadeeasy.com.
2. Data collected
Account: email, first and surname, country, language, age confirmation and accepted document versions. Service: relatives’ names and relationships, birth dates and other occasion dates, reminder settings, gift ideas, invitation links, wish answers and support messages. Contact messages may include name, email, optional phone and message. Providers may create technical logs such as IP, browser and device details.
3. Use and sharing
We use data for accounts, requested reminders and features, invitations, support and deletion requests, security and legal duties. Data is needed to provide the service; wish-link answers are submitted with your agreement. We do not sell data or use it for marketing.
4. Providers and transfers
Supabase provides authentication and the database in Frankfurt, Germany. Netlify hosts the website. Resend sends and receives email and stores email content and logs in the United States for up to 30 days. Messages to admin@mail.wishmadeeasy.com are forwarded to the administrator’s Google Gmail account. Some providers process data outside the EU under applicable safeguards.
5. Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while the account is active. Delete the account and associated active data in Settings or ask the administrator. Wish-link recipients can delete answers directly; this removes the note, related consent record and link. Support messages can be deleted on request from the admin console; email copies need to be deleted separately. Provider backups and logs expire on provider schedules. Resend keeps email up to 30 days; forwarded copies stay in Gmail until the administrator deletes them.
6. People and age
Add only necessary details about other people and tell them; they can ask for deletion at admin@mail.wishmadeeasy.com. The service age rule is 16 in most countries and 18 in Brazil and Australia, for every account and wish-link flow. This is a product rule, not a statement of local statutory age. Do not add sensitive data.
7. Rights and date
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction or objection and complain to a data-protection authority. Version V1.0, effective 02/11/2026. In France, you may contact the CNIL.
